Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer:
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team by sending an email at info@sidhvinaykcrafts.com or texting at our WhatsApp number +91-9205589551.
• If the order has already been shipped, then cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Sidhvinayak Crafts:
• Sidhvinayak Crafts reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues with payment processing.
• If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued.

3. Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Certain items are non-returnable like Quilts and Bedcovers, Items on Sale (Discounted Items), fitted Bedsheets and Mattress protectors that are Tailored to Individual specifications.
• If the shipment is returned to us due to unserviceable Pin code locations, incorrect address or mobile number, then the customer is liable to make payment for shipping fee for both forward and return shipping.

3. Return Process:
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by sending an email at info@sidhvinaykcrafts.com or texting at our WhatsApp number +91-9205589551 with your order number and the reason for the return. You can request a return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products/Items that have defects, different than selected Items will only be eligible for return/exchange.

• Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

4. Return Shipping:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds:
• Once your return product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A refund will be issued if the product is in its original conditions, unused and unwashed.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 days of receiving the returned product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges:
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team by sending an email at info@sidhvinaykcrafts.com or texting at our WhatsApp number +91-9205589551.
• Mention the order number and the item to be exchanged with.
• The cost of the item/product to be exchanged with, must be equal or higher than the cost of the originally purchased product by the customer.
