At Sidhvinayak Crafts, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to assist you!
You may return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving your order. Whether you'd like a different product or a refund to the original payment method, we’ve got you covered. Please note, shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

Important Notes:
• Color Variations: We do not accept returns based on color differences. Please be aware that colors may appear differently due to screen resolution and other display variations across devices. We work to display our products as accurately as possible.
• Condition of Returned Items: All returns must be in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. The items must not show any signs of wear or use.
• Manufacturing Defects: If a product has manufacturing defects, Sidhvinayak Crafts will cover the pick-up charges. However, for any other reasons, the customer is responsible for pick-up and reshipping costs. For returns in case of manufacturing defects, a video or a picture of the defective product must be shared to us within 24 hours period, after product is marked delivered. Then, it is the sole responsibility of our return team to verify and investigate the media sent to us and thus accepting of return in case of valid manufacturing defects.
• Shipping Costs: In case of no manufacturing defects, still if customer want to return the product. Then, refunds will be processed excluding any shipping.
• Unavailable Client or Wrong Address: If the package is returned due to the unavailability of the client or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product, pending approval.
• Exclusions: Returns or exchanges are not applicable for discounted items.

Return/Exchange Process:
1. Initiate a Request: If you have any concerns or wish to return or cancel a product, please contact us by sending an email at info@sidhvinaykcrafts.com or WhatsApp us at 9205589551 with your order number and the reason for the return.
For returns in case of manufacturing defects, a video or a picture of the defective product must be shared to us within 24 hours period, after product is marked delivered.
2. Pick-Up: If pick-up is available in your location and a valid return is initiated due to manufacturing defects, package the product ensuring it is unused, unwashed, and includes all original tags. Our team will collect the item and conduct an initial inspection, followed by a thorough quality check at our Returns Desk.
3. Self-Ship: If pick-up is not available in your area or returning the product at your own will, you may self-ship the item to our returns address within 7 days from date and time of delivery. Make sure the product is unused, unwashed, and includes all tags. Don’t forget to include a note with your Order Number and Return ID inside the package.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or more damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
